Why doesn’t my credit card work?
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard through the payment solution Klarna. When paying by card you will be asked to provide your card number, period of validity and cvc code. We use 3d-secure, developed by Visa and MasterCard, to secure payments and all payment information is encrypted using ssl encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We also accept Paypal for costumers within North America. PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. If you have any further questions or problems with your payment please don't hesitate to contact us.
Will a certain product get back in stock?
Our products are produced in our factory in Sweden. Therefore we can get restocked in a short period of time, it won't take long until your favourite product is back in stock again.
What’s the delivery time for my order?
Products from marianila.com will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays (on non-holidays). When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Shipments within the EU/UK: 3 – 7 days. Shipments to US/CA: 3 – 8 days. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery time. Delivery times may be a little longer during promotions and public holidays.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping cost within EU – €15.00, Shipping cost UK -£10. Shipping to US/CA – $7.00. Free shipping within Sweden.
Has my order been shipped out yet?

I have received an item that I didn't order?
Please contact us straight away with following information regarding the matter; email adress, order number and product information.
How do I claim a damaged product?
If the product is damaged or does not correspond with how the product was presented, you have the right to enter a claim. Please contact our customer service and they will help you out. Please include following information in your email; email adress, ordernumber, product information, batch number (printed on product), purchase date, a short description of why you would like to claim your product.
