I did not see a difference in my color after using. Is there a specific way to use this product that works best? Also if i order the white color bomb would i also need to order the silver or lavender to get my hair back to the light blonde that my hairdresser was able to obtain when dying my hair. Im a few weeks out to have my hair retouched looking to regain that pretty blonde. My hair has turned a orangish color after many washes. I thought buying the silver mask would return it back to the light blonde.

MNMaria NilaOct 6, 2022Hi Laurie! Seeing yellow and orange tones in bleached hair is normal, especially if it’s been a while since you last dyed it. Are you using the full 3 step regime with Sheer Silver Shampoo, Conditioner, and Masque? If so, you can leave the Sheer Silver Shampoo in the hair for 2-10 minutes before rinsing for more effect. The Sheer Silver Masque is great for maintaining cool tones and keeping it soft but if you want to see more change to your hair color, we recommend you try the Color Refresh Pearl Silver. It has non-permanent color pigments that neutralizes brassy tones and can help you get the results you’re after. Do keep in mind that you should inform you hairdresser before your next bleaching session if you have used Colour Refresh.
