General Terms & Condition
In order to buy products you must be at least 18 years old. You have the right to cancel your purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods, which means that you are allowed to change your mind and send back the goods you have received (if unused and intact), without any obligations from your side.
Goods that you received damaged or that doesn't work as they suppose to are considered to be faulty. If you are returning a faulty item, you are entitled to a full refund including costs for shipping and return.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal through the payment solution DIBS. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the cvc code. We use a security called 3d-secure, developed by Visa and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using ssl encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to cards details.

We offer payment against an invoice, done in cooperation with Klarna.
A standard credit check is carried out via e-mail when choosing Klarna Invoice at checkout. Payment must be fulfilled within 14 days, otherwise a delayed fee is added. For more information about Klarnas payment terms please click here.
Please note that when ordering against an invoice your shipping address needs to be your registrered residence.
