Do I need an account to place an order?
Accounts are completely optional, but by registering an account you will only have to fill in your address once and it will be saved with us.
Why doesn’t my credit card work?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.
Will a certain product get back in stock?
Our products are produced in our factory in Sweden. Therefore we can get restock in a short period of time. Stay updated by adding products to your Wishlist once you registered a profile.
What’s the delivery time for my order?
Products from MariaNila.com will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays (on non holidays). Orders are shipped by UPS, except orders to Sweden which will be sent by PostNord. When your order leaves our warehouse in Helsingborg, Sweden you will receive a notification via e-mail. Maria Nila offers free standard delivery on orders within Sweden. Shipments within EU (UPS Standard): 3 – 7 days. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery time.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping cost within EU – €15.
